Refund policy
Extra shipping insurance is recommended for large or fragile parts I.e the door sill protectors. The fee varies per item. Please contact us for a shipping and insurance quote.
Packages are only insured until they reach their address shown. No extra cover for forwarding addresses or company's.
If an item has been damaged in transit we require detail pictures of the item. The item has to be returned to the nearest post office/courier to original address shown on package. If the purchaser can not complete this step then no refund or replacement can be organised unfortunately. We don't receive a refund from the postal carrier until this step is complete. Please not refunds can take up to 30 days from purchasers date of return to postal carrier. This is out of out hands unfortunately

If an item is defective or does not fit the declared model/year stated in the description a full refund will be issued upon receipt of package in an acceptable condition.
